The portal is planned as an ongoing public opinion space, with short videos to introduce a question and clear results when voting closes.
Post one clear question
Choose a topic, share your view in a video of up to 60 seconds and set the answer options. Once voting opens, the question and options are locked.
Take part as a member
Signed-in, email-verified members will be able to cast one vote on each question. You can vote without uploading a video response.
Explain your answer
Add an optional video of up to one minute to explain your vote. If you prefer, submit a voice-only response.

Every result is shown as a count and percentage of votes cast on Just a Minute Club. It is not presented as the view of the whole UK population.
Dates are recorded
Results will show when voting opened and closed, alongside the total number of votes. Once closed, the result stays with the original question and its dates.
The question stays fixed
The question and answer options cannot be changed after voting starts. A new question means a new vote.
Checks against manipulation
Planned safeguards will look for duplicate accounts, bots and unusual voting patterns. Optional age or location breakdowns will use details members choose to provide. If votes are removed, the published result will state how many, without identifying members.
These are member votes, not an official referendum or a representative opinion poll. The platform does not endorse a question or its result.

A place for strong views, with clear limits

Respect the people.
Questions can cover politicians, celebrities, companies, public projects and everyday life. Criticism and disagreement are welcome; personal attacks and unlawful content are not. The service will publish its terms, privacy notice and community rules before members can join.
Planned community safeguards
- Report a video, question or response for review.
- Rules against threats, harassment, impersonation, private information and illegal content.
- Review of serious factual allegations about identifiable people, including knowingly false claims presented as facts.
- A complaints route for people affected by content, including people named in a video.
- Age eligibility and protections, plus clear privacy information about account and voting data, will be set before registration opens.
- Moderation decisions address the content itself. Disagreement with a vote result alone does not decide the outcome.

The planned model is ordinary adverts for goods and services, such as travel, food, cars or technology. Paid political campaign adverts will not be accepted at launch.
